[질문] 스팀 아란드 3부작 구입했는데, 문제가

세 편 전부 시작하면 소리는 잘 나오는데 화면이 뚝. 뚝. 뚝. 일정 간격마다 멈추네요.

두 가지 의심스러워서 실험해봤는데도 증상 완화가 안되네요. 혹시 같은 증상 있으신 분 계시가 궁금해서 작성해 봅니다.

1. 고주사율 모니터 사용으로 인해 끊김

이전 다른 스팀 게임이 고주사율 모드에서 끊김 현상이 생겨서 60hz 로 바꿔봤으나 동일함

2. 크로스 파이어 호환 안됨

사용중인 그래픽 카드가 R9 295x2 라 태생이 크파라 사용중 참 다양한 문제를 많이 겪었습니다.

라데온 그래픽 설정에서 게임 프로파일 설정으로 주사율 30hz 로 동기화도 시켜보고, 크파 미사용도 해봤는데 동일함

스팀 커뮤니티 들어가도 딱히 이야기 없는 거 보니까 흔한 증상은 아닌 거 같은데

혹시 같은 증상 있거나 해결 하신 분 계시면 댓글 좀 부탁드립니다.

그리고 사용중인 외장 SSD 문제인가 싶어서 지우고 하드랑 내장 SSD에도 설치 해봤는데 해결 안됐습니다.

저도 동일한 증상이 있어서 Koei Tecmo측에 문의를 했는데... 아래 답변이 오긴 왔습니다.
근데 답변내용을 보면 얘네도 이 에러가 왜 발생했는지 모르는 것 같아요
저도 AMD 글카라서 암드 내용 보내달라고 했더니 걍 nvidia 설정만 빼라네요...

1. Open the NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. select. "Manage 3D Settings".
3. select. "Global Settings".
4. From the Preferred graphics processor drop-down list, select. High-performance NVIDIA processor.
5. Click the Apply button.
6. You might need to restart your computer.

(2) Uninstall and then reinstall the game.

(3) update. to the most recent graphics driver.

(4) update. Windows to the most recent OS.

(5) Verify that the sound card of your computer is recognized properly.
The sound card can be recognized by inserting earphones directly into the audio output terminal of the computer.
For details on sound card settings, please contact the manufacturer of the sound card.

(6) If your graphics board is made by NVIDIA, you can avoid the issue by downgrading your Nvidia driver to 373.06.
Please understand that risks exist when performing the above procedure, so caution is advised.

(7) Verify the integrity of the game files on Steam.

(8) If your graphics board is made by NVIDIA, try changing the setting of "Antialiasing Mode" to "deactivate" or "Improved" in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

(9) Try reinstalling Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012.

(10) From your Steam client, go to "Steam" -> "Settings" -> "In-Game" -> "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game", clear the check box, and then check if the problem is resolved.

(11) According to a report, the issue can be resolved by changing Anti Aliasing Mode to "Application controlled" in the Nvidia Control Panel instead of "use global setting". Please try doing so if your graphics board is made by NVIDIA.

(14) Try to disable G-sync if you are using it.

(15) Play after turning off resident software such as antivirus software.

(16) If you have overclocked the CPU, try to restore it and see if it improves the issue.

(17) If the OS of your PC is Windows 10, refer to the following page, try setting game mode settings that are OFF to ON and vice-versa, and then see if it improves the issue.

답변 감사합니다.
내용 보고 vs2012 깔고 실행해봤는데 동일하고, 게임 바 설정에서는 게임 모드라고 된 항목이 따로 없어서 시도 못해봤는데
의외의 방법으로 해결 됐습니다...
희한하게도 스팀에 패드 인식 시키니까 끊김 현상 없어졌습니다.
해결하셨는지 모르겠지만 혹시 안되시면 패드 한 번 연결해보세요.

이거 저도 그랬는데요, 패드(저같은 경우 PS4 듀얼쇼크)를 블루투스든 유선으로든 연결하면 괜찮더라구요. 그리고 이 게임은 패드로 하는게 더 조작감 좋아요 ㅎ
