Characters are entertaining and funny
EX: Rex is similar to Shulk but is a little sassier, with some really funny lines
English voice acting is great, but it's all up to personal preference whether you will like the dub or sub more. They have more Scottish and Wales accents this time.
EXP from battles does not have to be used right away, allowing for the player to be as over or under-leveled as they wish
Story is engaging and has plenty of light-hearted moments mixed with more serious ones. He has seen two major plot twists so far, but he expects more later. This was recorded shortly after the preview he made in which he had played for 25 hours mostly straight, so he likely was around 33 or so hours in for this.
Blades, created from crystals, are per character, meaning that they can be not switched around from character to character once created.
There are puzzles on the overworld involving different blade types. Platforming is less plentiful than in X but still smooth and fun. Exploration is great!
Music is fantastic!
Heart to Hearts are now voice acted!
Side quests can have really interesting storylines, but they are not connected to the main plot, at least to the point where he is.
There is UI customization in how obtrusive the UI is; the text size is way bigger than X and even the original.
Tutorials are introduced at a good pace, and this is helped with fact that beginning areas are a bit more linear.
Tora, judging by the way Chuggaaconroy talks about him, is not another Tatsu, and is really awesome. That cut-scene that plays in the background is pretty funny!
Performance is a solid 30fps with a resolution close if not equal to 1080p when docked
Handheld mode is also a solid 30fps but the resolution takes a hit, with some faraway background objects looking like they are now 2D sprites. It is still definitely playable and is good for on the go sessions!

근데 다른 리뷰 영상에서도 그렇고 오픈월드 구현한다고 기기 성능 꽤나 혹사시키는지 휴대모드에서 해상도가 아쉽다는 얘기는 여기저기서 보이네요

근데 크리스탈 깐 캐릭만 해당 블레이드 사용가능하게 하는건 좀 불합리 해보이는게...

저번 인터뷰인가에서 보기에는 블레이드는 중복없이 1체라고 한거 같고

그럼 나중 합류하는 파티캐릭은 원하는 블레이드를 못끼고 또 파티에 써먹을려면 다시 크리스탈을 까서 맞춰줘야하는건

상당히 귀찮은...

아마 제 기억으론 블레이드는 해당 드라이버에 한정되고
다른 드라이버와 중복될 수 없다고 언급이 있었을 겁니다.

그때 언급으로 블레이드와 드라이버의 만남은 마치 운명과도 같다고 했으니
아마 그 설정 때문에 제한한 거겠죠...

출처를 제대로 확인을 안해봐서 진짜인지는 모르겠는데 얼마전에 얘기하는걸 보니까 무슨 레어 아이템을 사용하면 블레이드 소유주를 옮길수 있다고 떠들고 있더군요.
